Pamper partys Pamper partys gives you a choice of different treatments which you can enjoy with your friends! When booking a pamper party you can choose from several treatments for a fraction of the price. Choose 3 treatments for £20 per person or 4 treatments for £25 per person.
When you book a party you will receive a party pack in the post telling you and your friends about the treatments you can choose from. Each person can choose 3 or 4 treatments prior to the party. The host of the party will receive a free gift when a pamper party is booked.
We ask for at least Half of the money per person to be paid before the party date and the rest, if outstanding, can be payable on the night. Pamper partys are the ultimate way to relax and are brilliant for a night in with your friends. Gift vouchers are available for any treatment and pamper party gift vouchers are available. Sports teams Which ever sport you play, Therapease can cover your sports games and events. We also cover Tournaments at an additional cost, and this will include first aid, sports massage and guidence on stretching and injury rehabilitation. Massage in the workplace Back injury is one of the major causes of sickness in the workplace, Therapease comes to your workplace, however small or large, and will apply through the clothes massage using specalist equipment.
The day will include a 20 minute massage for each employee, this is long enough to help correct posture, illiminate any stresses in the muscles, and relax the employees, but also short enough to allow a smooth running of the business.
There will be 1-3 (depending on how small or large the company is) presentations, this will include stretches and exercises which employees can do whilst they are working, helping to eliminate any stresses to the body.
Massage in the work place starts from £10 per person, but discount can be given to large companys. After the first 120 employees, prices will then go down to around £7-8 per person depending on how many more employees are wanting the treatment. Therapease and its employees are fully insured. Sports specific massage Therapease offers a sports specific massage service. It is important when playing sport that all muscles in the body have sufficent healing time.
When sport is performed, tiny microscopic tears form in the muscles. This is not a problem as this can allow the muscles to strengthen but if the muscles are not given time to rest then this is when injury will start to occur, and the muscle fibres will start to bundle causing a knot or adhesion to the muscle.
By having massage to the area, this allows us to correct the fibres, and increase recovery rate and will help to re-strengthen the muscle. When a tear is not corrected in a fibre this makes the muscle weaken, decreasing the strength of the muscle. By having massage to the area, we strengthen and re habilitate the muscle.
When injury is caused through sport, like tackling, massage is very effective as it helps to reduce swelling, and will increase the recovery rate of the injury. We treat injurys such as; * General Shoulder, neck and back pain. * Shouler impingment (swimmers shoulder) * Bursitis of the shoulder * Tennis elbow * Patella femoral syndrome * Achilles tendonitis * Shin splints * Tight calfs and hamstrings * Iliotibial band syndrome.

Sport specific massage is not only used for sports performers but is used when injury or pain is present to the muscles of the body. If you suffer from back, neck or shoulder pain then sports massage will be good for you.
Relaxation massage and other treatments Therapease offers relaxation massage to all. Relaxation does exactly what it says, it relaxes you. It will help to relieve stress, aches and pains from the body. This is good if you have had a long day at work and want to unwind. We offer special packages like; * Whole body massage- £40.00 This includes, back, neck, shoulder, hands, arms, feet and both legs. This treatment will taken just over an hour and will leave you feeling totally relaxed. All of the treatments if done individually would usually come to £58.
* Half hour special- £20.00 - This includes a half hour neck back and shoulder massage.
* Half hour special- £15.00- This includes a half hour hand and foot massage.
